5 km.
5 km sind gar nicht so weit weg. Glaube ich. Mittlerweile halte ich wirklich sehr gut durch! Ok ok, ich laufe eine wahnsinns geschwindigkeit von 5,8 h/km *lach* - mein Trainingsplan sieht glaube ich eine etwas schnellere Variante vor. Aber das macht nichts. So bald ich die 5 km Marke erreicht habe, pack ich die 10ner an. *freu* Das wäre so toll! Und wenn diese erreicht sind, will ich 10 km unter einer Stunde laufen *höhö* kann ja den ganzen Tag nicht mit joggen "vergeuden" ^^
